Dr. Neerpal Rathi is Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior area at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, and did postdoctoral work at Incheon National University, South Korea. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, he had worked with Xavier University Bhubaneswar; Amrita University, Coimbatore; Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad; and Banasthali University. Dr Rathi has published several papers in various national and international journals, such as Personnel Review, Vikalpa, South Asian Journal of Management, Journal of Human Resources in Hospitality and Tourism and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. In addition, he has presented several papers in various national and international conferences in India and abroad.
