Brief about Career
Prof. MV Shivaani is a faculty in the area of accounting and finance. Her teaching and research interests include financial accounting, management accounting, corporate governance and corporate finance. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, she has worked with Department of Financial Studies, Delhi University and GGSIP University. She is a first attempt chartered accountant and recipient of UGC-JRF and SRF. She has presented papers in conferences of national and international repute. She was an expedition member in 35th Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica and delegate to Russia as a part of Indo-Russian cultural exchange program.
